Horrible customer service. There’s nobody to speak with and I have an issue with my order. Will never use their website again.

I visited Turin in Italy, and their shop located in Via Giuseppe Garibaldi 8. When trying to return a t-shirt right after purchase, the staff made up laws beyond EU to avoid refund. The manager a beautiful and intelligent looking African girl ridiculed my claim where I tried to explain their gift card is of no use for tourist visiting Italy. Very unprofessional and poor service. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this shop.

I ordered shoes and shirt online, I paid and waited (excited) for my package. Mind u this package was a birthday gift I was supposed to get on time for the birthday person, days later waiting for my tracking # I get an email saying my order has been canceled! Like wth why didn’t you say that in the beginning like the rest of the online stores when they don’t have a certain size. Now I don’t have the birthday present thanks to u sucka ass people. I hope y’all go out of business lol

I ordered some green jordans and when the package arrived, I opened it and there was poop in every shoe that I received, absolutely disgusting. Might visit again soon x.

I was in your location at Penrose Plaza yesterday 5/23/22. The customer service at the store was TERRIBLE. No greeting upon entering the store with 4 people in front of the store. When asking questions no one answers they shake their heads with faces twisted like your bothering them. Music was so loud you could barely hear yourself speak. Line all the way down the aisle with 6 people in the store. I will NEVER ship at this location again.

I ordered a pair of hyped dunks on March 23. Paid with paypal. The package was ready for pickup the same day. So far so good. Today, april 30, the package is still ready for pickup. so far for a promised delivery for 1-3 days. Anyways, beginning of April I contacted the kundenservice. Snipes claims dhl lost my package and they will order a nachforschung but it can take a while. Ok, fine, no problem. The dhl website learns me a nachforschung can take up to 3 weeks. 3 weeks gone by so I contact snipes again. Nothing, complete silence. Patience has it limits so after a week I tried to contact them over paypal. On day 5 of waiting for an answer.

Worst delivery service and customer support

I sent a request to cancel my order before it had shipped. They then lied to me and said it had already shipped from their facility and that there was nothing they could do. After reading the terrible reviews on this site, it makes me feel a little better to know I'm not the only one getting scammed by this fraudulent company. Please don't make the same mistake as me and find what you're looking for somewhere else.

Based on some of the reviews, I was skeptical, but they had the Nike Kyrie 7 that my daughter wanted at a reasonable price (plus I received a $5 coupon for my first order). Since it was sold out everywhere, I took a chance and I’m glad that I did. The ordered was placed and within a week, I got the shoes. I received status updates on when the product was shipped and delivered. Happy with the service and product and would recommend Snipes!

The best story I'm ever got here is after paid, the website said that It was failed and I have contacted CS and when I tried to contact CS by email last 2 weeks and didn't receive any reply as well as calling them, no one responded to the call.
I am really disappointed about the CS and want to get a refund but they totally ignoring me. Best scam ever! For me, it is not a small amount of money as well as I totally have to work hard for it. Click on pay then you will be lost your money, be careful !!! DO NOT BUY AT THIS STORE!
